Peter Blake was born in Dartford, Kent on 25 June 1932.  His admiration for entertainers and the objects of contemporary life and folklore became inherent in his imagery that was later a major reference for "Pop" art.  He was the designer of the Album cover for Sergent Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band by the Beatles in 1967.
