I started as the Mortar Board Advisor in Fall of 2007 and what an adventure it has been. This is a prestigious and motivated Honor Society, recognized Nationally, that is dedicated to scholarship, leadership and service. I enjoy working with each group of students that are selected every year as they bring different energy and motivation with their experiences. It is an honor to work with my fellow advisors and establish relationships across campus through this program. I’m grateful for the opportunity to represent this group as an advisor.

Hi there—my name is Molly Collins and I’ve been working as Program Advisor to Mortar Board for two years. I work in the University Center Student Involvement area and oversee diversity, leadership, game room, theater, arts, UM Greek Life, and annual and special events programming. I love my job and I get to interact with many students on a daily basis. Being involved with Mortar Board enhances my ability to work with students and lets me let them know about the resources the UC has to offer.
