24th National Conference on Undergraduate Research


Universities paying for multiple students must submit registrations with payment information individually for each student in the registration database.  This will allow us to provide the best customer service possible. 


  • Check - Please submit a check number in the required field for each student in the registration database. Please make checks payable to The University of Montana. With your check, please include the name(s) of all conference attendees and items the payment covers (i.e. registration fee, events, etc.).  Please mail to: Continuing Education NCUR 2010, The University of Montana, 32 Campus Drive, Missoula, MT 59812. Check payments must be postmarked by March 12.
  • Credit Card - We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards only. To avoid credit card denial, please ensure that the billing address entered matches the address associated with the credit card used for payment. CARD HOLDER'S ADDRESS MUST MATCH CREDIT CARD STATEMENT.
  • Purchase Order - Please enter a purchase order number in the required field for each student you are paying for in the registration database. With your Purchase Order to The University of Montana, Please print and submit this page to your institution for payment. The University of Montana will NOT be mailing invoices.
  • University of Montana students only - Students of the UM-Missoula campus must register for the conference in order to make a presentation.  The $175 registration fee will be covered by UM; however, students must indicate and pay for the BBQ, t-shirts and/or excursion at the time of registration. Students planning a poster presentation at NCUR 2010 may want to consider doing a second poster version specifically designed to make it understandable to the general public.  We have a limited number of $50 registration discount awards to help pay for the cost of printing the second version.  If students are interested in applying for a Dual Poster Session Award, e-mail with first name, last name, the e-mail address used to submit the abstract, and abstract title.  More information will be available on the website on January 22.  THE DISCOUNT MUST BE ACTIVATED DURING REGISTRATION, SO STUDENTS SHOULD NOT REGISTER FOR THE CONFERENCE BEFORE RECEIVING NOTIFICATION OF RECEIVING A  DUAL POSTER SESSION AWARD.
