For the 24th National Conference on Undergraduate Research (NCUR) at

April 15 - 17, 2010

We invite your institution to participate!  A Graduate and Professional School Fair will be held as part of the NCUR conference.  NCUR will bring an estimated 2,600 undergraduate students and faculty mentors from around the country to our campus.  This conference welcomes scholars and presenters from all institutions and disciplines of further and higher education from all corners of the academic curriculum.

The Fair will be held for two days, Thursday and Friday, April 15th and 16th from 8:30a.m. - 4:00p.m.  Your institution will be strategically located in the ‘high traffic' area of the Adams Center with the Poster Presentations.  To fill your recruiting needs, your representative will be hosting information tables and conducting interviews with qualified University of Montana students and undergraduate students from across the nation. This is an effective and convenient way to advertise your school and recruit prospective students to your programs.

The registration will open January 15th and the fee is $295 for a two-day event and $25 per additional representative.  Recruiters will receive an on-campus parking pass, continental breakfast, complimentary lunches and an event pass to the Kyi-Yo Pow Wow.  To participate in the NCUR Graduate and Professional School Fair; you will need to register online through GRIZeRecruiting, and then search Career Events for NCUR by April 1st to avoid a $25 late registration fee.

We have 1500 motel rooms reserved for our guests and are working with the airlines to provide sufficient seats to get everyone here and home again.  Therefore, we highly suggest that you register early and book hotel reservations.
