NCUR® RED Route Hotel Shuttle Information

General Information

Shuttles will have a RED shuttle sign prominently displayed in the front passenger window. Order of Pick Up and Drop Off for the RED route:

1. Motel 6 Missoula #4034 3035 Expo Parkway (406) 549-6665; Pick up by the front door

2. C'Mon Inn Hotel 2775 Expo Parkway (406) 543-4600; Pick up by the front door

3. Best Western Grant Creek Inn 5280 Grant Creek Road (406) 543-0700; Pick up behind the town pump at the entrance to the hotel

4. La Quinta 5059 North Reserve (406) 549-9000; Pick up in the Deano's parking lot on the Southwest corner (where hotel and Deano's parking lot combine).

5. Econo Lodge 4953 North Reserve (406) 542-7550; Pick up same as La Quinta

6. Ruby's Inn 4825 North Reserve (406) 721-0990; Pick up at the front door

7. Hampton Inn 4805 North Reserve (406) 549-1800; Pick up at the front door of Ruby's Inn


Helpful Shuttle Tips!

  • Shuttle will wait approximately two minutes at each hotel
  • Approximate travel time is 30-40 minutes for each route to travel from hotels to UM campus and from UM campus to hotels

What you can do to help...

  • Plan your departure times carefully - especially on the day of your presentation- to allow for traffic delays and sufficient time to walk from the shuttle drop-off area to your destination on campus
  • Arrive early at shuttle pick up locations

Conference Shuttle Schedule

Campus Drop Off/Pick Up Location

The UM campus drop off and pick up location is at the Prescott House Bus stop (located on Campus Drive near Lot U) unless otherwise noted in the Program Book. The conference registration site is in the University Center, 3rd floor. Volunteers will be available to assist with directions and to answer questions.

Wednesday, April 14, 2010                                                          RED ROUTE

3:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

  • Shuttles will run at approximately 30-45 minute intervals beginning at 3:30 p.m.
  • To allow sufficient time to pick up registration materials, plan on taking a shuttle from your hotel no later than 7:30 p.m.
  • The last shuttle will leave UM at 10:00 p.m. for return to hotels

6:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

  • Shuttles will run at approximately 30-45 minute intervals beginning at 6:30 a.m.
  • When presenting, you are encouraged to use earlier shuttle buses to ensure ample time for travel and set-up.

  • Shuttles will run at approximately 30-45 minute intervals beginning at 6:30 a.m.
  • When presenting, you are encouraged to use earlier shuttle buses to ensure ample time for travel and set-up.
  • The last shuttle will depart UM at 2:00 p.m. for return to hotels.
