Third Semester in Science, Math, and Technology

Your first year of collegiate exploration has wrapped up and you’re now entering your Sophomore year.  Still unsure if your interest is the right major fit for you?

For the third semester in Science, Math, and Technology, you should meet with an academic advisor in the Undergraduate Advising Center to discuss any other areas of interest you discovered over freshman year and craft a schedule.

If you are still undecided and want to continue with Science, Math, and Technology, we recommend building a third semester schedule that includes:

  • A General Education or Modern/Classical Language Course (3-5 cr.)
  • A Major-Specific Course (3-4 cr.)
  • A Major-Specific Course (3-4 cr.)
  • A Mathematics or Natural Science Course (3-5 cr.)

A list of course options in each of these areas can be found in the Science, Math, and Technology Major Map form.
