Third Semester in Societal & Behavioral Sciences

Your first year of collegiate exploration has wrapped up and you’re now entering your Sophomore year.  Still unsure if your interest is the right major fit for you?

For the third semester in Societal & Behavioral Sciences, you should meet with an academic advisor in the Undergraduate Advising Center to discuss any other areas of interest you discovered over freshman year and craft a schedule.

If you are still undecided and want to continue with Societal & Behavioral Sciences, we recommend building a third semester schedule that includes:

  • General Education Courses (3-9 cr.)
  • Major-Specific Courses (3-6 cr.)
  • A Mathematics Course (3-4 cr.)

A list of course options in each of these areas can be found in the Societal & Behavioral Sciences Major Map form.
