Office of the President
The President's Office staff serve both the President and the University and strive to handle inquiries and concerns with tact, confidentiality and professionalism. We are located on the first floor of University Hall, room 109. Staff may be reached at the following phone extensions and email addresses. Assistant to the President
Rebecca serves as the President's executive
assistant and manages his schedule, including all meeting requests.
Hallie manages special events hosted by the President, including the President's Lecture Series.
Kate handles correspondence for the President, including the website and Facebook.
Jenny manages all budgetary matters for the Office. She also serves as assistant to Peggy Kuhr, Vice President for Integrated Communications, handling all meeting requests.
Kimberly staffs the front desk of the Office. She handles forms and books the President’s Conference Room.
Heather assists with general office duties on a part-time basis. She will leave the Office for the summer, returning for Fall Semester 2013.
Alanna assists with general office duties on a part-time basis, starting summer 2013. She will be heading up the Office's digital filing project.
