Author of Uberpower: The Imperial Tempation in American Foreign Policy (2006) and one of the most influential newspaper editors of Europe, Dr. Joffe will discuss the consequences of Europe's changing relationship with the United States.
In addition, Professor Joffe will give a faculty-student seminar that afternoon entitled "Iraq: America's Most Foolish War?" from 3:40-5:00 P.M. in Gallagher Business Building 123.
