I believe that a key responsibility of leaders is to define a need for change. The printing, digital imaging, and distribution business is in a constant state of transition, with increasing customer expectations and evolving technology as two of the driving forces.

My vision is to develop Printing & Graphic Services into the resource of choice for The University of Montana campuses. We desire to reinvent ourselves from being a provider of commodities to being your communications solutions provider. Our goal is to reach out and assist you in developing the BEST communication tool to reach your target audience and ensure your success.

It is most rewarding to see the smiling faces of customers who are satisfied with the services we provide. I am passionate about printing, customer service, and about making sure we are doing all we can to meet our customers' needs.

From years of experience in this industry and from working closely with customers, I have a good sense of what the customers want from us. Basically, they want honesty, to be heard and appreciated, to receive a product they can take pride in, and for us to provide value for their expenditure.
