1) Does black count as a color?
2) Do you need slides or photographs when producing a printed piece?
It does not make any difference, as long as the quality of the photo is good.
3) Can you use digital photos in a printed piece?
You can, as long as the images are high resolution and the quality of the photo is good.
4) Can you give us an estimate?
Of course. Give us a call to discuss the details of your potential project and we'll give you a quote.
5) Do you charge to e-mail files?
Yes. We charge a minimum of $10. The charge is based on the time it takes to locate the archived file and send the file. We do not charge to send University logos.
6) Can you print or design jobs if they’re not associated with the University?
We can only print for educational institutions in the Montana University System. Call Ken Price, Printing & Graphic Services director, if you’re unsure.
7) Do you help with all phases of a marketing piece?
Our professional team (designer, photographer, printer) can meet with you to discuss your needs. We offer suggestions, help you brainstorm and provide options to fit your budget.
8) Why do you usually send a few more copies than we ordered?
To get the press set up exactly right, extras Print shops almost always run a few overs because every piece might not be exactly right. So you may toss out a few copies and still have what you ordered.
