Data Integrity Gateway (DIG) opens; courses may be set for evaluation.

Three weeks before course end date

Courses to be evaluated must be set for evaluate and published in DIG.

Ten days before course end date

Course evaluation period opens; invitations to fill out evaluations are sent to students.

Four days after course end date

Course evaluation period closes; evaluations may not be completed after this date.

Two weeks after end of semester

Course evaluation reports generated and distributed to faculty, chairs/directors, and Deans.
