Public Land Law ConferencePublishing in the Public Land & Resources Law Review

Thank you for your interest in publishing your article in the Public Land and Resources Law Review.

We invite the submission of unsolicited comments, articles, book reviews, notes, and similar pieces written by students and academics that are relevant to the discussion of public land, natural resources, environmental, and federal Indian law issues.

Format

Manuscripts should be double-spaced with one-inch margins, preferably in Word format. All citations should conform to the ALWD Manual Of Citation. However, we will accommodate authors who have developed manuscripts pursuant to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation.

We accept submissions in hard copy or electronic format. You may send manuscripts electronically to PLRLR@umontana.edu as an e-mail attachment. Alternatively, you may mail a single copy of the manuscript along with an electronic copy to:

We also ask that all potential authors provide us with a current resume and contact information at the time they make their submissions.   It is our policy to immediately confirm receipt of all submissions and we generally arrive at a publication decision within two weeks.
