VEHICLE REGULATIONS

INTRODUCTION

THESE REGULATIONS ARE ENFORCED IN THEIR ENTIRETY. PLEASE ACQUAINT YOURSELF WITH THEIR CONTENTS, AS UNAWARENESS OF THE REGULATIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED IN APPEALS.

Parking your vehicle on campus is privilege, not a right, and parking permits do not guarantee a space will be available at all times.

Appeal Exceptions
Appeals are reviewed by the Traffic Appeals and Review Committee.

Enforcement
Parking regulations are enforced at all times - 12 Months a Year, 7 Days a Week.

Fines
The Montana statutes and the Board of Regents for Higher Education have authorized The University of Montana to levy fines.

Registration
All vehicles parked on campus must properly display current campus vehicle registration

Regulations & Polices
State, County, City, and University laws, ordinances, and regulations are enforced on University property 24 hours a day

Special Occassion Emergencies
For special occasions or major public events and in emergencies, parking limitations may be imposed
