Conflict of Interest and Financial Disclosure - All University faculty and full-time employees must annually disclose any potential conflicts of interest.

HIPAA - Health Insurance Accountability and Portability Act

IACUC - Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee - through UM's Office of Animal Resources

IBC - Institutional Biosafety Committee

IRB - Institutional Review Board for the Protection of Human Subjects

Misconduct in Science - These procedures for Alleged Misconduct in Research and Creative Activities establish an administrative process for dealing with misconduct in research and creative activities, or allegations thereof.

RCR - Responsible and Ethical Conduct of Research - required of undergraduate and graduate students, and postdoctoral researchers
