We are currently recruiting for a field coordinator and three field technicians to sample arthropods outside of Roundup, Montana. Applications due by February 25, 2020, with work scheduled to start for the field coordinator on April 6 and for field technicians on April 13. This is a great chance to work on a project measuring and mapping invertebrate availability as a food source for birds in Golden Valley and Musselshell Counties. Applications for the Spring 2020 (Jan 27-April 3) NASA DEVELOP program are open until Friday, October 11. Through NASA DEVELOP, students (undergraduate or graduate), recent graduates, and early/transitioning career professionals conduct feasibility research projects using NASA satellite data to answer current environmental questions for partner organizations -- a great chance to cultivate professional skills while learning GIS and remote sensing techniques.
