Law School students pay additional fees on all classes taken for Law School credit. Dawn discovered that three students who are working toward JD/MBA degrees had been charged law fees for MBA classes that were not to count toward their law degrees. She worked tirelessly for several days, not only to uncover the problem, but also to solve the issue and put in place a much more effective system for managing joint degree student paperwork so future students won't run into this problem. The time that Dawn took, the fastidious way she sorted through each detail, and the plan she created to avoid future dilemmas are a shining example of her commitment to UM students. Her remarkable effort on behalf of the students is inspiring!
