Acting/Directing - Applying

No interview is required to become an undergraduate Acting major. One would simply declare a bachelor's degree intent with a major in Theatre. To learn more about applying for admittance to The University of Montana, visit the Enrollment Services - Admissions website.

The process of applying for the BFA in Theatre with an area of specialization in Acting usually begins in the spring of a student's first year in the School of Theatre & Dance.

MA theatre candidates are admitted to the program every year. MFA acting/directing candidates are admitted to the program every three years. For application procedures or more information on Acting/Directing's graduate programs, visit
