The Dance Program is the home of unique and celebrated dance artists. Each faculty member has a field of specialization she offers to the student body. Dance students work closely with the faculty and become familiar with many facets of the dance world including: the science of dance, the healing capacity of dance, dance as a scholarly activity, historical dance, the role dance plays in world cultures, and choreography, as well as dance as a virtuosic and performing art.
