Thomas LaoToua Vang
Thomas "Toua" Vang was an Upward Bound student for five years. He was also Valedictorian of his class at Big Sky High School. While attending the University of Montana, Toua was an Upward Bound Summer Residential Counselor for three years, as well as a Peer Tutor for the Educational Opportunity Program and a Soccer Coach for the YMCA.
After receiving his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Montana, Toua went on to earn his Masters at Metropolitan State University in St. Paul, Minnesota. Currently, he works as a Business Analyst at the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis.
