Summer Program Services

All students live on the UM campus in dormitories for six weeks (mid June to late July). During that time period the students will:
- attend classes stressing "hands-on" experience in math, science, and English
- attend a seminar class (American Sign Language, Acting & Film Production, Native American Studies, or College Prep Composition)
- participate in field trips and activities relating to the summer theme.
- experience wilderness camping; rafting trips; social activities; and tours of museums, zoos, historical sites, and science centers.
The dates for summer 2013 are June 23-August 2. More information about the summer program will be available to accepted students in early May.
All expenses are paid for the students, plus they receive weekly stipends.
