Walk-In Advising

The Undergraduate Advising Center (UNC) provides services for all undergraduate students on a walk-in basis. Walk-in advising is available Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. during autumn and spring semesters (except during priority registration and breaks). Student Peer Advisors staff the center and are available to work with incoming students on a variety of advising issues. Professional staff advisors are also occasionally available to see students on a walk-in basis and are always available by appointment including summer.

The UNC provides assistance with scheduling questions, General Education Requirements, graduation papers, major selection & changes, dropping/adding, petitions, and advising, including advising for transfer students.

Walk-in advising is not a substitute for, but a complement to, major departmental advising. Please call (406) 243-2835 with any questions you may have about this service.
