The Outfield Alliance is a group of lesbian gay, bisexual and transgendered UM faculty, staff, and graduate students, and their supporters. Outfield Alliance functions as a support network, works on gay-related issues at The University of Montana, sponsors educational events on campus, and provides support to victims of discrimination.
