Frequently Asked Questions

The UMArts Box Office is located in the PARTV Center lobby.  The PARTV Center is the large brick building with multiple satellite dishes on the corner of 6th and Van Buren.  

During events, we have mobile ticketing offices located in the Music Building (corner of Maurice and Eddy Avenues) and the Dennison Theatre (corner of Maurice and Connell Avenues).  

We are open from noon-6pm, Tuesday-Friday.

We are also open one hour before every show.  Please note that for events located outside of the PARTV Center, our PARTV lobby location will be generally be closed during this time.

Will Call is located in the UMArts Box Office during regular business hours. One hour before events, Will Call moves to the event's venue.

In the event that you cannot use your tickets, exchanges are available if the Box Office is notified prior to the date and time of the original ticket.   

Exchanges CANNOT be made after the original ticket date/time has passed. Original tickets must be present for exchanges to be made.

Exchanges are available for events of the same type as the original ticket and of equal or greater value (i.e. School of Music tickets can be exchanged for School of Music tickets only, etc).   There is a $2 exchange fee.  Please call us at (406) 243-4581 for more information.

The UMArts Box Office cannot provide refunds. 

Yes!  Discounts are generally available for children, students, and seniors, and may be available for UM Faculty/Staff and UM retirees. The School of Theatre & Dance also offers a group rate for groups of 10 or more on Theatre Season productions.  Please call us at (406) 243-4581 for more information.
Yes!  Please call us at (406) 243-4581, email us at, or mention that you would like to be added when you purchase tickets.  Currently, we send out Ticket Alerts and show information via email only; we do not send physical mail.
We're glad you want to introduce your children to the arts!  However, some of our shows are not suitable for children.  Please call us at (406) 243-4581 if you have questions about show content.
We do not sell tickets to Missoula Symphony Orchestra productions.  Tickets and information are available online at
