Montana Theatre

The Montana Theatre is a 499-seat proscenium theatre. The seating style is continental, meaning there is no center aisle. There is not a bad seat in this theatre! There is plenty of room between rows, which allows for comfort while enjoying a play, concert, or lecture in this acoustically sound house. The control booths at the back of the house are spacious and provide separation between the sound engineer and light booth.

Lighting - This performance venue includes 469 Strand CD 80 Dimmers, an ETC Eos 4096 lighting control console w/2x10 fader ing, five permanent electrics, three permanent Front of House lighting positions, four permanent (eight total) Box Boom position located both Stage Left and Stage Right, and 20 stage lighting electrical drop boxes located over the stage area. The Montana and Masquer theatres share an ETC Ion 1024 and an ETC 2x20 fader wing as a design remote set-up.

Audio - This theatre incorporates an Avid Venue SC 48 digital audio control console, a dedicated audio workstation using Figure 53 QLab v2.3 audio engine for audio playback, DBX DriveRack 260 Loudspeaker management control processors, a permanent JBL Front of House speaker cluster, three rear fill/delay speakers at the back of the house.  Additional speaker outlets are located in the Box Boom positions and at stage level.
