Campus buses 

Mountain Line Buses Missoula has a zero-fare bus system and the UM campus is on the Bolt! line, with buses every 15 minutes. It's a great way to get around and avoid parking on campus. Check out the Mountain Line website for information about schedules ,maps, and other information.

UDash is owned by ASUM and can be ridden to and from the University without a fee


Biking

Free Cycles Community bike shop focused on education, empowerment, and community engagement. At Free Cycles, you can build a bike for yourself in exchange for four hours of volunteering, take classes on bicycle maintenance and safety, and use their shop to work on your bike--all for free or donation.

Students may rent bikes from ASUM Transportation for $60 a semester or $100 for two semesters which includes a u-lock, helmet, bike lights, and maintenance for the duration of the rental.

Parking at UM

A parking permit or guest pass (see Visitor Parking) is required to park on the UM campus throughout the year, Monday - Friday 7 am - 5 pm.  Parking permits can request through Cyberbear. For more information, see the UMPD Parking Division website.

5-use parking passes are also available for $12 at the UM Bookstore for those who park on campus sporadically.
