SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING AND MICROSOFT OFFICE SPECIALIST

a private consulting, training, speaking and coaching business located in Missoula, Montana is looking for a SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING AND MICROSOFT OFFICE SPECIALIST. This person will be responsible for enhancing our brand and helping build strong online communities through various social media platforms. Through the use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and other word processing, spreadsheet and presentation programs, this person will enhance current products (training manuals, workshop materials) for distribution online. The person will also be responsible for creating spreadsheet that can collect and represent information in a simple and useful way so executives and managers can use it to run their companies better.
The person in this position will use a combination of information management, social media and Microsoft Office tools to achieve specific goals around product development, digital marketing and brand enhancement.
Examples of the Type of Work/Projects the Employee will Participate in:
Take current training, marketing and product materials (from booklets to training exercises to learning games) and enhance them for worldwide distribution through the internet;
Develop social media marketing campaigns for achieving sales conversion goals, and continually evaluating and enhancing these programs;
Using Excel and other database and spreadsheet programs to collect, analyze and present information from surveys (from teambuilding activities to employee attitude and climate assessments to customer satisfaction) to help executives and managers run their companies and departments better;
This is a growth and learning position, so the applicate does not have to be an expert in these areas. However, they will need basic knowledge and the interest and ability to expand and apply that knowledge and developed skills.
Basic knowledge of Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google and other digital marketing tools.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
An understanding of human potential and the importance of developing that in leaders and employees.
Problem-solving skills and the willingness to participate in brainstorming, discussions and evaluation of business ideas around marketing, product development, setting priorities, etc.
Ability to focus and stay focused on project to see them through and completion and follow-up in increase effectiveness.
Having video, podcast and other experiences in this area a plus but not required.
