Monday - Run from the Adams Center by bike racks at 4 pm. Swim at 9 pm in the Grizzly Pool.
Tuesday - Ride from the Adams Center by bike racks at 4 pm.
Wednesday - Run from the Adams Center by bike racks at 4 pm. Swim at 9 pm in the Grizzly Pool.
Thursday - Ride from the Adams Center by bike racks at 4 pm.
Friday - Run from the Adams Center by bike racks at 4 pm.
Saturday - Your choice.
Sunday - Your choice.
