Director Tom Webster

Tom Webster is the Director of the George & Jane Dennison Theatre at The University of Montana- Missoula.  He is also an Adjunct Professor in the Entertainment Management Program at The School of Business Administration teaching Intro to the Entertainment Business and Venue Management classes.  He has worked on campus since 1994 and started his career in the entertainment industry in 1978.  Mr. Webster was a founding member of the Missoula Blues and Jazz Society, and is the current President of the Montana Performing Arts Consortium.  He also serves as an advisor and consultant for various arts and entertainment organizations.  Tom and his wife Lori are the proud parents of two children, Cooper and Emma.


Don Fuhrmann, Interim Technical Director


Don is in his first year as Technical Director at the George & Jane Dennison Theatre, having worked there off and on since 2004.  Previous to that he worked at the Missoula Children's Theatre for 8 years, both on the International Children's Tour and on local community theatre shows.  Other technical theatre work in the area includes gigs with Stageworx, Rocky Mountain Rigging, the Wilma Theatre, Missoula Sentinel High School, UM School of Music, Very Special Arts of Montana, and others.  Don's first love however is not behind the scenes, but out in front performing.  He spends his summers (nine of them so far) in Virginia City Montana as a player in The Brewery Follies cabaret.  He has performed many times in Missoula - favorite roles include Tupolski in "The Pillowman" with Montana Rep Missoula, Scrooge in the Montana Actors' Theatre production of "A Christmas Carol", Owen in MCT Community Theatre's "The Foreigner", and Dr. Bloch in "Psychopathia Sexualis" with Every October Productions.  In his spare time, Don enjoys playing guitar and mandolin, riding motorcycles, solving puzzles, playing golf, and hanging out with his son Nicholas.

Morgan is excited to be working at the Dennison Theatre and to be back in Missoula. He was born and raised in Helena, MT and has been in Missoula off and on since 2006. Morgan has a BFA in Theatre Design/Technology with emphasis in lighting and sound design. Morgan has been on three national tours with the Montana Repertory Theatre as an audio engineer, master electrician and sound designer. During the summer months, Morgan is the lighting designer and master electrician at the Fort Peck Summer Theatre in Fort Peck, MT. When not busy working, you can find Morgan enjoying Montana cruising on his Harley Davidson, or out fishing.
