Kitchen Maestro

The hospitality industry is diverse, dynamic and quickly growing. This two-year program combines theory, practical training and industry experience to prepare students for entry-level and management positions. It continues and expands on the principles taught in the Culinary Arts certificate program, covering such technical subject areas as basic patisserie, cost control, dining room service, a la carte stations and menu planning.
