Why does the bus wait at the Music Building?
In 2016, the University of Montana became the first U.S. college campus to acquire fast-charging battery-electric buses. The zero-emission buses charge just a few minutes per hour and remain in service indefinitely without needing to fuel. Our charging station is located at the Music Building stop; our most popular stop. The bus charges while passengers get on and off the bus. Learn more about the electric buses »
