Answer:   Login with your netID and password


Question: Besides using the resources on this site, how do I obtain assistance?

Question: What are the required browser settings for Banner?
Answer:  You can use your favorite browser to access Banner (starting with version 9).  However, if you run into problems you may need to clear your cache.  You can do this via control + shift + delete.  In the new window that opens select a time period to clear out.  Alternately, you can also minimize browser issues by using an incognito/private browsing session.  To do this, right click on your preferred browser from your system tray (bottom of your screen) and open a new incognito/private browser window.  From there, login to Banner just as you normally would.  

Question: How do I create a Favorite?
Answer:  Please create your favorite to point at, as this will always have a current link to Banner.
