Rural Preceptor Training
The University of Montana has developed a course for Montana preceptors, with a goal of providing thoughtful, tailored support that will help improve retention and job satisfaction among healthcare workers in our state. UM Health & Medicine Innovation and Investment Fund, College of Health, University of Montana.
All Montana hospitals and clinics are invited to participate in the free pilot program. Participants will join a learning community of preceptors to:
- Increase skills and confidence precepting the next generation of healthcare providers
- Improve new healthcare worker retention

Participation in all eLearning modules and tele-coaching sessions is required. By signing up, you are enrolling to complete four self-paced eLearning modules and four synchronous tele-coaching sessions. The fall session schedule is to be determined soon.
