The annual Rocky Mountain Rural Trauma Symposium is Montana's leading trauma education symposium for physicians, advanced practitioners, nurses, and emergency medical service personnel working in the RURAL environment. This symposium focuses on the entire trauma system continuum with breakout sessions for both EMS and Hospital staff. Whether you work in the prehospital setting, emergency department, intensive care unit, or operating room in a small critical access hospital or one of the larger regional centers, this symposium offers something for everyone.

MT Emergency Care Systems - 2024 Trauma Award Nomination
Excellence in Trauma Care – This award honors a Trauma Provider who is/has been exemplary in his or her quality of patient care and/or dedication to his/her community. This is a person who has consistently exhibited dedication to the trauma system through excellent patient care and a commitment to trauma education, injury prevention, or community awareness.
This may be a past or present trauma nurse or provider, Trauma Coordinator, Trauma Medical Director, Trauma Registrar, or Injury Prevention Coordinator. Two awards will be presented.

RMRTS Blood Drive
The 2024 Symposium will be hosting a blood drive on Thursday and Friday of the conference.
