Reserve Space on Campus

Conference & Event Services will help reserve indoor and outdoor space on campus for events following the procedures of the UM Facility Use and Access Policy.

Off-Campus Clients

You can start your inquiry by filling out the UM Event Intake Form, or by calling our office at (406) 243-4119.

On-Campus Clients

To expedite the reservation process, clients are urged to look at our online scheduling calendar to look for available rooms and dates you have in mind. You are able to add and remove locations and filters help you find the best fit for your event.

You can also browse events to find out if an event has already been scheduled for indoor and outdoor spaces. You may also want to check out the UM Event Calendar to check for other events that might be happening on your date(s).

To request meeting space, you can click on the Welcome Guest button and Request a space.

For frequent UM users who regularly schedule rooms in the UC or around campus and/or catering service, you may request a login account from ces@mso.umt.edu to the online request system to streamline your scheduling experience.

For larger events, you can fill out the UM Event Intake Form, or call or email our office at (406) 243-4119 or ces@mso.umt.edu.

If your space request is for an academic class, you must schedule your event with the Registrar's Office.
