The governor of Montana has issued a stay-at-home directive effective March 28 that prohibits all public and private gatherings of any number of people occurring outside a household or place of residence. The directive will be in effect through Friday, April 10.

At this time, all UM events are canceled or postponed. When possible, some events are being held online. Event updates are posted on the UM Events Calendar as they are received. In all cases, UM urges everyone to follow the recommendations of the local health department and the CDC. 

The health department continues to emphasize the importance of physical distancing, which means avoiding groups of 10 or more people and providing six feet of distance between yourself and another person when interacting.
