COVID-19 Monitoring and Response

The University’s COVID Response Team (CRT) meets daily to review a variety of factors of how COVID-19 is impacting the UM campus and the community. The CRT monitors all available information closely to determine whether there are any concerning trends. Information includes reports from daily coordination calls with the Missoula City-County Health Department.

The graphic below shows the information that the CRT regularly reviews. The CRT makes recommendations for any enhancements or changes to mitigation measures. Decisions about changes to University operations are within the purview of the Commissioner of Higher Education and University leadership is in close communications with OCHE to provide its COVID-19 monitoring and response information that can help inform those decisions.
