Pilates Reformer training offers a refreshing mind-body workout. During the course of a 60-minute session, you will build strength, gain lean muscle and improve flexibility, balance and posture.
By utilizing the progressive resistance created by weighted springs, participants will engage muscles and use breathing to reach new levels. As one progresses, the challenge becomes significantly greater.

Small Group Classes
Register for a Pilates Reformer small group training class and experience the benefits of reformer training. Classes are held at the FRC, Room #2. Each series is 5 weeks long (January 27 - February 26) with an investment of $50 for the entire series ($10/session!).
Mondays 7-8am with Amber
Mondays 12:30-1:30pm with Linda (canceled, check back at the end of February)
Wednesdays 8-9am with Linda (canceled, check back at the end of February)
Wednesdays 12-1pm with Amber (canceled, check back at the end of February)
Registration for these small group training classes can be completed on the online registration portal or at the front desk of the Fitness and Recreation Center.
*Registration is open now and closes on January 24th. Must have a minimum of 4 participants to run each class.
Private sessions are available for new or continuing Pilates students. Packages may be purchased at the Fitness & Recreation Center front desk.
A private 60-minute reformer session allows for complete focus on individual movement patterns and areas of need. Emphasis is placed on proper technique and form.
One Session: $50
Three Sessions: $135 ($45/session)
Pilates Reformer training with a partner. These sessions add an extra element of fun while sharing a session with a friend.
One Session: $40/person
Three Sessions: $105/person ($35/session)
Have a group that you would like to exercise with? Our trio offering accommodates three clients in a 60-minute session. Each client will be challenged at their own appropriate level, but it is recommended that the group shares a similar fitness level.
One Session: $30/person
Three Sessions: $75/person ($25/session)
*Duet and Trio session must have participants already selected. Campus Recreation administration will not pair participants together.
- All Pilates Reformer sessions are 60 minutes.
- Private sessions are available by appointment only and require a minimum of 48 hours advance notice. Register online or in person at the Fitness & Recreation Center, then email firstname.lastname@example.org to set up your appointment.
- Unused sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable unless a class was canceled by Campus Recreation administration.
- No-show and cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled session will be charged for the session.
