Personal Summary

Jenny is a graduate student in the Clinical Psychology doctoral program. She believes in taking a collaborate approach with her clients and seeks to create a safe and comfortable environment for students to work towards their goals.

Jenny has experience helping students to address a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, stress management, motivation, sleep difficulties, self-esteem, eating and body image concerns, identity exploration, family dynamics, and relationship concerns.

Within her work, Jenny utilizes a combination of approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness strategies, self-compassion based approaches, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing. She aims to help clients become more comfortable with their own emotions, become more aware of their personal value system, and help them to develop a more compassionate inner voice.
