Staying healthy is essential to your academic success. The Montana University System (MUS) requires all students taking six (6) or more credits and paying mandatory fees to have and maintain major medical insurance while they are attending school each Fall/Spring semester. 

Initial insurance selection happens in CyberBear and/or BearTracks (new students) each semester. After this initial selection is made, changes can no longer be made in those platforms. If you have already made your insurance selection but now would like to change it, AND it is before the 15th class day of the semester, please complete this form:

IMPORTANT: Changes to your insurance selection after the 15th class day are only possible under documented, extenuating circumstances and require further investigation before being considered.
