Halloween Contest

Campus Dining welcomes all current student, temporary, and classified Campus Dining employees to our 3rd annual Halloween costume contest!

  • Contestants will be judged by photograph.
    • Only one entry or video per person. The entrant must choose the best picture.
  • Costumes:
    • Must not be obscene as defined by the major motion picture industry. No R-rated costumes will be allowed at work or may be entered as an official entry.
    • Cannot interfere with the assigned job.
    • Be unsafe in any fashion. The supervisor on duty may allow a picture to be taken first and then modify the costume to allow work. 
  • Employees must show up for work in their costume unless they are granted work exceptions as outlined below. Student with work exceptions can submit photos before or after work. Exceptions include;
    • Students who are scheduled off for the day are still eligible to submit photos.
      • Employees working during the 30th would not be eligible if they did not wear the costume to work.
    • Students who are scheduled to work a catering event.
      • Catering students should not show up in costume other than a clean pressed shirt, tie and slacks.
    • Students who are scheduled at a job which would not be safe for a costume.
      • This is solely at the discretion of the supervisor.
  • Employees who are currently working remotely due to COVID may enter the contest and are not required to show up on campus in costume.
