Welcome to the Food Zoo, where exceptional variety meets unbeatable value in all-you-care-to-eat dining! Located in the Emma B. Lommasson Center, the Food Zoo Dining Center caters to all tastes and many dietary requirements. All residential dining plans are accepted at this location, and all are welcome.
Signature Station Highlight
Main Dish: Taste of Home: This cornerstone of the Food Zoo features a six-week rotating menu developed by our culinary team. Discover a taste of home with dishes that change daily, ensuring there's always something new to try. Don't miss our famous Chicken Strip Night - a crowd-pleaser with over 1,700 scrumptious strips served!
Grizzly Grill & Deli: This flagship station is a proud example of what we do best, supporting local community partners and serving high-quality delicious ingredients. Proudly serving KOP Beef, a local grass-fed, KettleHouse brewer’s grain-finished burger. Our local beef is raised in Turah, Montana (10 miles from campus) and processed by Lolo Locker.
Niche: This location is free of the top 9 allergens and offers a variety of items to complement your experience at the Food Zoo. If you have a food allergy, our registered dietitian, Laura Granlund is also available to help you through your dining experience at UM. Did we mention her services come included as part of your residential dining plan?
Taco Shack and Pasta Bar: Can’t decide or looking for a constant? Launching Spring 2024, these two locations offer fan favorites of pasta and tacos.
