Technical Guide: How to use Accommodate

View and download documents

  1. Log into Accommodate.
  2. Go to the Documents Tab.

Click the Download PDF for documents you want to view and download.

Can't find a verification letter

After you submit documentation to us, your verification letter should be stored under the Documents Tab or the Accommodation Tab. If you don't see your verification letter, contact your Access Consultant or our office at ode@umontana.edu or 406-243-2243.

Schedule an appointment with your Access Consultant

1. Click the “Appointment” tab.

2. On the Coordinator Appointment page, click the “Schedule Appointment” button.

3. Select your choice in Appointment Type and then click the “Check Availability” button.

You will see the Access Consultant’s available times on the right side of the screen.

4. Select an open slot that works for you.

5. Add your phone number and additional notes and then click the “Submit Request” button.

Reschedule or cancel your appointment

1. Go back to the Appointment tab.

2. Click “Cancel” or “Reschedule” button on the select menu.
