Personal Summary

Mika Watanabe joined the Office for Disability Equity in 2002. As Assistant Director, Mika provides consultation on accommodations to students, their instructors, and departments, and manages the department's website, communication, and assessments. Originally from Japan, Mika holds a doctoral degree in education from the University of Montana and is a 2021-2022 fellow of UM's Women's Leadership Initiative.
