  • Develop a simple process for students to use the Cyberbear/Ellucian self-service chosen name option
  • Ensure use of the more inclusive term “chosen” rather than “preferred” name

  • Develop a process for employees to request a name change
  • Identify legal constraints and a mapping process for updating data
  • Identify systems and ensure they are pulling the correct data from Banner
  • Define and communicate the process by which changes can be requested by a student or employee
