  • Provide links to all resources (OOLD, other) and trainings from a central Diversity website

  • Develop a physical library all can access – perhaps housed with the Director of Inclusive Excellence (note existing libraries in WRC, NAS, etc.)

  • Established a Resources Against Racism libguide through the Mansfield Library
  • Established a repository of resources to support inclusive communities and classrooms through the Office of Organizational Learning and Development
  • Continually build and promote OOLD repository of self-education resources, e.g., online trainings, readings, Mansfield Library Resources Against Racism guide, etc.
