  • In collaboration among the Office of Conflict, Resolution, & Policy (CRP), Office of Equal Opportunity & Title IX (EO/TIX), and Human Resource Services, establish an accessible, predictable, and compliant response to conflicts at UM
  • Promote the Accessibility Barrier Report form
  • Promote the MUS hotline to employees

  • Communicate and educate the UM community on the distinct roles of and services provided by CRP, EO/TIX, and HRS

  • Increased frequency of and promoted mandatory reporting trainings
