The Boys and Girls Club

The Boys and Girls Club provides youth with quality out-of-school time programming with the purpose of inspiring and guiding all young people to develop positive values and realize their full potential as productive, responsible and caring citizens.

Child and Family Services

The Child and Family Services Division (CFSD) is a part of the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services. CFSD protects children who have been or are at substantial risk of abuse, neglect or abandonment.

Child Care Resources

Child Care Resources can help parents find child care that meets their family's needs. They administer the Best Beginnings Child Care Scholarship to help families with low income pay for child care. They offer high-quality classroom and online training for child care providers.

Child Start Inc. Head Start

Head Start is a comprehensive child development program serving children ages 3 to 5 and their families. The mission of Child Start Inc. Head Start is to provide opportunities for education and growth of our children, families, staff, and our community in a nurturing and supportive environment.

Child Support Enforcement Division

CSED diligently pursues financial and medical support of children by establishing, enforcing, and increasing public awareness of parental obligations. Services include locating absent parents, establishing paternity, establishing financial and medical support orders, enforcing current and past-due child support, offering medical and spousal support, modifying child support orders.

Children's Special Health Services

Children's Special Health Services works to help children and families in Montana receive the healthcare and supportive services they need to live happy, healthy lives in their communities.

Early Childhood Services Bureau

The Mission of the Early Childhood Services Bureau is to improve the quality, affordability and accessibility of early care and education in Montana, with focused efforts on coordinated systems to best meet the needs of young children, their families, and the professionals who work on behalf of young children and families.

Healthy Montana Kids (HMK)

Healthy Montana Kids (HMK), Children's Health Insurance Plan is just one of many Montana Healthcare Programs offering a free or low-cost health insurance plan which provides coverage to eligible Montana children up to age 19.

Healthy Montana Teen Parent Program

Facilitating self-sufficiency, building parenting capacity, encouraging postsecondary education and workforce preparedness, and improving the healthy growth and development of children. Covered services include medical, dental, eyeglasses, and other related services.

The Parenting Place

The Parenting Place is a community-based, non-profit organization whose mission is the prevention of child abuse and neglect through strengthening families. Services include respite care, parenting classes, support for families affected by incarceration, and a home visitation program.

Youth Dynamics

Youth Dynamics provides family focused behavioral health treatment founded on the principles of an actively caring culture in which people can realize their full potential. Services include case management, a mentor program, substance abuse treatment, therapy services, equine therapy, respite care, caregiver support, supervised visits, and medication management. Youth Dynamics will travel to communities within 60 miles to provide services.

YWCA Planet Kids

YWCA Missoula's Planet Kids Supervised Visitation & Exchange Center offers a safe, child-friendly environment where court-ordered and voluntary visits between children and their non-residential parents can occur.
