ELCS helps students tie their unique passion, personality, potential, and academic plans together to connect experiences, grow, and learn as a whole person. UM's signature career readiness program, ElevateU, is built to enhance your career readiness and marketability so students graduate with a degree in hand, broadly educated and specifically skilled.
