Faculty and Staff
Welcome to Experiential Learning & Career Success (ELCS), your partner for advancing career readiness at UM. We're committed to assisting faculty and staff in implementing ElevateU, UM's distinguished career readiness program.
ElevateU serves as a comprehensive toolkit for faculty and staff, facilitating the integration of career readiness competencies and high-impact practices into course learning objectives and assignments. It's noteworthy that 77.9% of UM students seek career guidance from faculty. By providing students with hands-on experiences aligned with their academic pursuits and career aspirations, we enhance their success and personal satisfaction post-graduation.
